4 week hand-building class on Monday nights with Ji

This class is designed for a maximum of 6 people who want to try hand-building for the first time or to improve their skills. You will learn different hand-building techniques including a Korean style coil method. You will also paint and glaze your items with a wide selection of colours.

Materials included

Please note that your final pieces might not turn out perfectly. 
Glaze flaws, warpage, and surface cracks are common even for experienced potters.

Your instructor:

Ji’s ceramics journey started during her university years. She studied Digital Craft Arts in Seoul, Korea, which was a combination of ceramics, fibre and metal crafts. She has been working on her creations from small home accessories to bulky furniture through hand building, slip casting, and wheel throwing. Her wide range of craft skills and experiences allows her to deeply understand the joy in making things with clay and to be flexible in creating form and colour.
